Report a Problem

PlugMall stays safe because people help keep it that way. If you see a scam, a fake or misleading listing, inappropriate content, or a seller behaving badly, please report it. It only takes a moment, and it protects the whole community.

How to report

1. Use the report option on the listing, reel, store, or user (look for the report or flag icon).
2. Or email support@plugmall.com with the details — what you saw, and a link or screenshot if you have one.
3. If it is urgent or involves your safety, contact us on +233 (0)54 157 8428.

What happens next

• Our team reviews every report.
• We may remove the content or listing, warn the seller, or suspend or ban the account, depending on how serious it is.
• Serious cases (such as fraud, or anything involving a child) are removed immediately and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
